Mastercard’s Management Associate Program is a Global General Management Program accelerating successful MBA graduates into fast track careers. The program is rotational with three placement opportunities for six months each across businesses and regions. Examples of the rotations include:

  • Creating new economic models for business development in Europe
  • Developing a strategy for safety and security products in North America
  • Implementing marketing strategies for new products in the U.S. and globally
  • Creating innovative solutions for the underbanked in Africa
After 18 months in roles that offer leadership development and address business needs, the goal is to place associates in one of the following tracks:
  • Strategy
  • Finance
  • Digital
  • Operations & Technology
  • Marketing/Sales
  • Full-time, second year MBA candidates with 4-6 years of previous work experience
  • Academic excellence and an interest in a general management rotational program
  • Openness to diverse functional and geographic assignments
  • Strong evidence of leadership potential
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to create and present persuasive analysis
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Innovative thinkers with the ability to partner across the organization and take thoughtful risks
  • MBA degree must be completed prior to start date
